報名巨匠電腦職訓課程，尚未開課，已分期繳頭款，全額退費吗?

之前之因有看到"青年就業讚"的職訓活動，

想說有補助又可以學一些技能，還蠻不錯的，

於是到巨匠報名3個課程(都是職訓的)，

不過上了第一個課程後，因為自己目前平假日有工作的關係，

幾乎沒什麼時間消化，

雖然已經辭去假日工作，但第二個課程，是開在假日的，

想說它還沒開課前，想退掉課程，

但是如標題所示:

我五月多申請課程，也簽下分期的單子，之後六月開始繳第一期，

不過實際上課七月開始(也離很近了7/12)，

想問有沒有人有過這樣的經驗?

1.這樣有辦法全額退費吗? (尚未開課，一堂課都沒上到)

2.遠東銀行那邊需要付違約金吗? (分六期，無利息，目前只繳頭款)

3.實際開課日是7/12(尚未開課)，離目前已經不到兩週的時間，但都還沒上到一次課，會影響到退費的金額吗?

4.在上周五(6/27)，已向巨匠電腦反應，不過目前都沒收到一通電話........

麻煩有經驗的大大們，回應一下，很急，謝謝
