美菲年度聯合軍演 南海登場

（法新社菲律賓蘇比克灣26日電） 美國和菲律賓今天在南海北京宣稱擁有主權的水域附近，舉行聯合海軍演習。

菲律賓軍事官員說，有3艘美國軍艦及1000多名軍人參與，為期一週的演習，可處理菲律賓「能力漏洞」的問題，並測試最新軍艦。

菲律賓軍官說，此次年度軍演有1000多名美軍和約400名菲軍參與，將測試菲律賓2艘最新軍艦。這兩艘軍艦是由美國除役的海岸防衛隊巡邏艦改裝的巡防艦。

艦隊司令博拿迪諾（Jaime Bernardino）對記者說：「我們投入2艘相對較新的軍艦參與這次演習，因為我們真的希望這些軍艦精熟其所從事的活動。」

他說：「我們要這些軍艦精熟發射砲彈和所有實地行動。」

他又說，菲律賓水域漏洞很多，容易受外國船艦「滲入」。「這是我們要解決的漏洞，確保我們可以正確偵測到（外國船艦），並加以攔截，必要時讓它們失去行動能力。」
