新住民媽媽學台菜　要做台味十足媳婦

宜蘭員山鄉人口32000多人，新住民媽媽638人，比率是宜蘭各鄉鎮之冠，員山鄉公所在宜蘭地檢署補助下，今在員山同樂社區開辦新住民中餐烹飪技藝班，免費教導新住民媽媽烹飪實用課程。

這項要讓新住民媽媽們更溶入家庭熟飪課程，吸引鄉內30名來自大陸、越南、泰國、印尼等地的新住民媽媽熱烈參與，去年底來台的中國湖南省王艾群說：家鄉菜是辛辣重口味，夫家人吃得較清淡，自己口味是在調整中，也多次學做台菜「但多次被笑是四不像」，所以把握這次課程機會，要好好的學得台菜手藝。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）
