通保新法今上路　警恐錯失黃金救援時間

新修正的「通訊保障及監察法」(通保法)今起生效，不過可能因此讓警方錯失黃金救援時間。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，由於今起生效的通保法中無訂定「救災救難條款」，這可能讓警方協尋自殺者等危難情況，將無法調閱通聯，錯失黃金救人時間。

這也讓立委尤美女認為，新修正的通保法要有例外但書，讓警方能夠在緊急事件上仍可調閱通聯紀錄。
