美國擬砍對俄貿易優惠待遇

歐巴馬政府打算取消對俄國的關稅優惠。對於莫斯科介入烏克蘭內亂的行徑，白宮認為此舉「很合適」。

歐巴馬在向國會寫的信提到，他有意取消俄國在「普及特惠稅制度」 (Generalized System of Preferences)下享有的優惠。
