謝啟大退休金「確定領不到」

謝啟大昨請辭獲准，並明確表示「不要領退休金」，不過外界好奇公務員的退休金可說放棄就放棄？北市府人事處表示，依公務人員退休法規定，若要申請一定要是現職人員，再加上謝啟大已滿65歲，無法再回聘為公務員。

人事處強調，謝啟大確定「回不去」公務員身分，不可能再回政府機關任一般公務員。

人事處表示，依規定，若要申請退休，主要有自願退休、屆齡退休及命令退休等三種方式，屆齡退休需滿65歲，自願退休的服務年資則需滿25年。

實際上，謝啟大今年2月就滿65歲，符合公務人員退休資格。人事處表示，若要申請退休一定要是現職人員，至昨天都沒看到謝啟大提出申請。

外界質疑，是否未來有哪一個公務機關，再聘用謝啟大，同樣也可年資合併計算，還是有機會領到退休金。

>人事處表示，一般公務員若是65歲屆齡，不得再聘用，若是改任政務官，年資也無法和公務員服務年資合併計算，換句話說，謝啟大服務公職的22年退休金，確定已領不到。
