退出娛樂圈多年的葉蘊儀，四十一歲復出，在師奶劇《 M Club》飾演「肥菜」一角，比起同劇的李若彤、李麗珍，打 Botox變硬膠面，葉蘊儀就算肥，但唔打 Botox都冇乜皺紋，稱不上「美魔女」，也可以做「肥魔女」。
其實過去十年，失婚葉蘊儀生活殊不輕鬆，嫁錯偷食老公陳柏浩，又被拖欠贍養費，被迫身兼多職搏命賺錢，獨力養大一對仔女，就算再逢第二春，可惜未能開花結果，唯有放棄感情生活，專心搵錢養家。
