前立委謝啟大去年7月轉任台北市政府參議，之後轉任秘書處專委，之後遭踢爆她即將屆齡退休，宛如「郭冠英事件」翻版，引發爭議。謝啟大僅到任幾個月後就可退休，就可領取高額退休金，引發外界觀感不佳，對此今(8)日謝啟大回應，將辭北市府專委職務，放棄領取退休金。
