嚴重過敏可以藉由慢跑得到大部分改善嗎?

親身經歷~絕對可以,本來20歲前,我都沒有鼻子過敏的症狀,但開始工作後,不知為何?鼻子過敏就很嚴重 .比如吸塵器吸地,要是沒帶口罩 ,一但打噴嚏就停不下來了.回老婆娘家.不知是比較乾燥, 回去5次有3次,衛生紙就沒辦法離開我,一直打噴嚏.當然看了很多醫生,&中醫,貼3伏貼.都沒用.今年開始跑步後,約莫3個月後.過敏禿然 自己好了,當然我跑得很勤.意外好了,我也覺得神奇. 也許體質改變了不少吧~現在已經過了半年 一次過敏都沒發生.
