回娘家湧車潮　湖口-新竹時速23公里

今天年初二回娘家，全天車流量上看270萬至290萬輛次。

國道一號湖口服務區-竹北南向路段壅塞，時速僅27公里，關西-竹林南下路段車多，時速53公里，國五南下南港系統-石碇時速只有39公里。

高公局預估未來幾天國五還會塞，建議今天要走國五的民眾，提早在上午8時前上國道，8時後建議走縣道到坪林再上國五，以免塞在車陣中。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
