冒用泰國護照 翡翠雕刻家被起訴

自稱是翡翠雕刻家的胡姓男子，由於涉嫌冒用泰國核發護照，未受許可，入出中華民國國境354次，後來移民署國境事務大隊接獲檢舉，在桃園機場將他逮捕，移送桃園地檢署偵辦，全案經桃園檢方偵查終結，依行使偽造變造或登載實之文書等罪嫌，將胡姓男子提起公訴。（李明朝報導）

桃園檢方表示，胡姓被告在民國八十年間，冒用泰國籍人民之身分，領得泰國核發之真正泰國護照後，明知本身未取得入出境，中華民國之許可，竟基於行使偽造私文書犯意，自八十年十二月間到八十八年五月間，連續持冒領的泰國護照入出國境八十六次，並於入出境時，偽造泰國人民為申請人之入出境申請書，向負責查驗的公務員行使，足生損害我國對於外國人入出境管理之正確性。

另外，檢方表示，八十八年五月底到九十五年六月底，胡姓男子入出國境二九五次，九十五年七月起到一０二年九月間，未受許可入出國境三五四次，胡姓被告在一０二年十二月九日再持該護照入境時，被移民署國境事務大隊逮捕移送。

全案經過桃園地檢署檢察官偵查終結，將胡姓男子提起公訴。
