6年8班的李孟瑋曾是科技業員工，3年因故被迫休無薪假，在重新思考人生目標時，偶然 接觸甜點烘焙，原本只接受親友訂製，製作的牛軋糖大受好評，乾脆創業，創立「六度本 舖」，推出牛軋糖、手工糖、老麵養生饅頭、鳳梨酥。今天起在新光三越高雄三多店展售 。 「當初為了研製牛軋糖，不知倒掉多少失敗品，最後才發現關鍵在於揉糖，以及二次沖糖 」，他說雖然麻煩，但一定得這麼作口感才好，才領悟出「SPA揉糖」這個工法，讓糖吃 起來柔軟又具Q勁。 他也發揮創意，採用台灣龍眼乾、核桃，研發出桂圓核桃口味的「核軋糖」，吃起來像核 桃糕又像牛軋糖的特殊雙重口感，一推出就受到歡迎。 目前「六度本舖」手工牛軋糖共有原味花生、桂圓核桃、杏仁伯爵茶、杏仁蔓越莓、巧克 力口味；手工糖有核桃糕、芝麻糖。 http://udn.com/NEWS/BREAKINGNEWS/BREAKINGNEWS6/8447886.shtml -- e = 2.71828182845904523536 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.243.1
