關於sony手機換SD卡

我換了新的SD卡

將原本手機裡的東西複製到電腦裡
在放進新的SD卡

結果都無法顯示

我想說喔也許是要格式化
但我不會弄 僅全部清除

結果16G的記憶卡 一直僅顯示14.9G
然後我的東西都沒辦法看到

雖然開檔案夾可以聽音樂
但walkman完全沒有資訊

照片的排序也整個大亂
完全不知道有沒有缺失

我該怎麼辦
