靈修虐殺案 母交保 陳巧明續押

彰化地院開庭審理詹姓學生遭集體虐死案，其中死者母親黃芬雀在今天凌晨被裁定無保、責付給女兒帶回、限制住居；另有許愛珍等六位嫌犯獲得交保，陳巧明則因為至今還不願認罪，並有串證與逃亡之餘，被法官裁定還押禁見。

彰化縣詹姓高中學生，疑似被母親黃芬雀與「日月神功」成員集體凌虐致死案，經彰化地檢署在十號偵查終結，分別有團體負責人陳巧明、被害者母親黃芬雀，劉享易與許愛珍夫婦，林甫朋、吳仁甫、尤威評與王昱翔等八人被依傷害致死罪嫌提起公訴，並漏夜移送彰化地方法院審理，其中除了王昱翔先前已先行裁定交保之外，彰化地院則漏夜召開續押庭進行審理其他七位被告，其中死者母親黃芬雀，凌晨則無保、責付由也到庭關切的女兒帶回，死者的姊姊則要求院方，能從重將首謀與虐打弟弟的涉案者判處重刑。

至於涉嫌教唆凌虐詹姓學生得首謀陳巧明，雖表示發生這種事感到歉疚，卻還是喊冤、堅持不認罪，因法官認為有串證與逃亡之餘，裁定繼續還押禁見。

除外許愛珍與劉享易夫妻，以及尤威評、吳仁甫與林甫朋等五名被告，呈審法官則分別裁定以十到二十萬元不等交保候傳。（攝影：李河錫）
