由姚元浩、魏蔓主演的台視、三立、東森偶像劇《回到愛以前》，在劇中姚元浩因為公司經營出問題，借酒澆愁，不慎落入水池中，由和他巧遇的魏蔓送他回家，並幫忙換衣服，最後裸著上半身的姚元浩得壓在魏蔓身上，他直說感覺像「肉搏」。

拍攝時，濕身的姚元浩靠在魏蔓身上，接著魏蔓將他放在沙發幫忙換衣服，兩人超害羞，姚元浩開玩笑說：「這是我從影以來，第一次拍女生幫我換衣服的戲，這場戲拍了兩小時，裸上半身大約有半小時，而且喝醉壓在魏蔓身上，感覺像是『肉搏』，加上寒流來，真是又冷又害羞，害我臉都紅了。」而魏蔓則表示，除了害羞、尷尬，為了注意姚元浩喝醉的表情，害她笑到NG。

魏蔓透露過去不容易臉紅，拍了《回到愛以前》變得容易臉紅，歸因於太入戲，「過去拍吻戲，因為氣勢比較強，吻的時候很自然，所以覺得沒關係，但這次因為太入戲，角色很深情，壓過我的好勝心，所以現在只要遇到拍親密戲時，都會害羞臉紅了。」
