國道計程收費上路後，引發一連串爭議，掀起一波退機潮，有民眾在批踢踢爆料，指出自己到遠通門市辦理退租時，服務人員自行在「終止服務原因」欄位上，輸入「車輛已售出，暫無車輛」，氣得民眾大罵遠通「偽造文書」。

據報導，有民眾4日到遠通門市退租eTag，原本打算在「終止服務原因」欄位上，填寫「官商勾結、狼狽為奸、禍國殃民」等理由，沒想到服務人員卻自行輸入「車輛已售出，暫無車輛」。

氣得這名民眾在批踢踢上發文，「看了退租單才知道自己車子賣了，可是我明明還開的好好的，剛才還去加油耶」，還大罵遠通「偽造文書」。
