刮刮樂頻開大獎熱銷　經銷商提前一天排隊

【呂健豪／新北報導】台灣彩券刮刮樂開出大獎頻傳，連動帶起買氣，許多經銷商刮刮樂熱銷造成供不應求，經銷商必須不斷向中國信託銀行補貨。但有經銷商許先生抱怨，經銷商憑殘障手冊每月可有2本免費的配額，第3本起須向台彩購買，但因為買的人太多，需多經銷商為了怕買不到，必須週日晚間提前到中信銀行門口排隊，政府根本沒照顧弱勢！

《蘋果》實地走訪新北市永和區中正路上的中國信託銀行，果然發現騎樓兩側都排滿了椅子、板凳，行經的路人見狀，紛紛詢問「這是在排什麼？」，甚至還有民眾誤以為是有攤商在賣椅子，詢問椅子多少錢，不過也有人聽聞是經銷商為了排隊領購刮刮樂，表示這樣確實是對身障人士造成困擾。
