柯文哲：連勝文被槍擊能獲救　與權貴身分有關

【蔡明樺／台北報導】國民黨中央委員連勝文4年前幫新北市議員候選人陳鴻源站台時遭近距離槍擊，子彈貫穿連的臉部，送台大醫院急救，該院指派創傷醫學部主任柯文哲帶領醫療團隊搶救。巧合的是，兩人極可能在年底的台北市長選舉正面對決，柯今坦言，連勝文能奇蹟式獲救，與其權貴身分獲VIP級醫療照護有關，因連從入院到開刀不到30分鐘，若非權貴身分恐難有此待遇。
 
柯文哲說，連勝文事件後，他一直思考名人的醫療照護禮遇應也能普及一般大眾，創傷醫學部已修正創傷啟動系統，現90％需急救的患者都能在10分鐘內啟動創傷救護系統。
 
柯也提及二代健保財務問題，他強調，洗腎、植物人和葉克膜是台灣醫療上的3項「世界第一」，以植物人為例，年花健保220億元，但醫師到底要不要救、要救到什麼程度，牽涉社會文化層面，他強調應理性討論植物人照護問題，政府勿因屈就民情當「鴕鳥」，應有理性討論空間。
