我是爛體質，痘痘長不停 雖然不像醫美療程常見的痘痘治療before照片那麼嚴重 但就是一直長，酸類換膚、作臉清痘痘粉刺、抗生素、杜鵑花酸、A酸、果酸、飛梭、染料一直無限迴圈啊！ 終於醫生看不下去，開口服A酸給我了 我拿的是20mg，一天一顆 也買了保濕精華液（UNITEC燕窩素玻尿酸保濕精華） 我現在的保養是 洗臉—礦泉噴霧—保濕精華 但因為有很多紅、咖啡色痘疤 如果加入一個思麗安杜鵑花酸可以嗎？ 就變成洗臉—礦泉噴霧—杜鵑花酸—保濕精華 不知道順序應該怎麼擦，杜鵑花酸是乳膏狀的，保濕精華又很稠，哪個要放最後一道？ 醫生還有開抗生素讓我擦長痘的地方，這又要放哪一個步驟？ 抽屜裡還有杏仁酸、A酸和果酸....我都不知道要擦哪個了..... 順便問一下，口服A酸後一陣子臉會便很乾，保濕精華後一定要加擦乳液嗎？還是到時看狀況再決定要不要買乳液？ 問題很多，還希望有人能夠提供意見，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.115.34.176
