外交部出20萬 助吳憶樺回台

台巴混血兒吳憶樺將於3日晚間返抵離開近10年的台灣，由於外交部贊助20萬贊助吳憶樺返台，引發獨厚吳憶樺的質疑聲浪。外交部澄清指出，贊助吳憶樺是希望加強台灣與巴西雙邊關係。

外交部NGO國際事務會副執行長劉宗杰表示，自從吳憶樺被帶離台灣之後，外交部就一直對吳憶樺保持關心，本次為了協助返台，特地捐助了20萬元旅費，協助他與養父母的來台行程。

不過，外交部贊助吳憶樺回台的舉動，卻引發外交部亂花錢、獨厚吳憶樺的質疑。

外交部解釋指出，20萬是用於贊助天主教博愛基金會在巴西設置電腦中心專案；基金會執行長歐晉仁指出，吳憶樺與養母、義兄返台所需的36萬元機票、食宿費用，是由台灣企業與扶輪社贊助，並非外交部。

外交部發言人高安表示，吳憶樺監護權事件當年引起台灣、巴西兩國關注，對雙邊人民來說「都有相關情緒」，希望藉由這次公益性質，使雙邊的感情和交流更為平復、加強，讓台、巴兩國民眾都能感受溫暖和關懷。
