我是任職大樓保全機動一職 機動也就是大家排休後的班給我上 今天早上我上班前一個小時起床發燒跟公司請假 公司回應我「 會請你代班！就是沒人站班！若你沒去！我是找不到任何人可代！就算給現也找不到！所以讓你抱病上陣不應該！但求你能諒解！感恩！」 我想說連基本工資都不到的大樓保全。還要全程站哨不休息，不是坐大廳那種的 1/1別人薪水加倍我提出公司才說加160元！？ 這樣還不能請假，沒必要這樣搞壞身體 今天幫公司站完就極度想離職 問題1：這樣生病如果沒到要算誰的？公司到時候要處罰怎樣的怎麼辦？ 問題2：跟公司簽任職單的時候沒有注意離職要提前多久跟公司說，這個月每週都還有2~3天班。會不會又說沒人要拗我 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.240.64.150
