跨年轉播超時恐遭罰款?　NCC：非事實

【徐毓莉／台北報導】華視跨年場中斷歌手陳綺貞的壓軸Live表演，唱到一半轉播畫面被切掉變成抽獎活動，讓觀眾氣炸，報載華視指原因是晚會超過12時30分，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)會罰錢。不過今天NCC聲明，此說法與事實不符，節目時間長度安排屬電視台編輯自主，尤其實況轉播節目，若現場情況延長，僅需即時告知觀眾並上網報備，並不會違規受罰。
 
NCC也將針對此案進行行政調查，請華視高層到NCC說明。
