母怒持菜刀敲傷子　兒子不怕恐嚇罪不起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園縣1名薛姓男子遊手好閒，不斷伸手向母親要錢，去年10月間他向母親要錢不成，在住家樓梯間耍賴，不管母親怎麼驅趕就是不肯走，薛母一氣之下拿來1把菜刀作勢趕人，薛男不放在眼裡，氣炸的薛母便以刀柄敲傷他的頭，事後薛男報警要告母親恐嚇（未提傷害罪告訴）。
 
桃園地檢署偵辦時，薛母坦承拿菜刀敲傷兒子的頭，卻沒有出言恐嚇他，當時處理的警員也作証「薛男看不出很害怕，只是一直說媽媽打我的頭，要採取法律途徑解決」，由於薛男當時並未心生畏懼，桃園地檢署予以薛母不起訴處分。
