筆電藍芽無法使用

之前使用藍芽完全沒問題
但最近突然不能傳輸檔案

我以為是手機問題 但手機傳輸給別的裝置卻可以

想把電腦檔案用藍芽傳輸(圖片，音樂)完全沒動靜
但其他像是音訊連結卻都可以
也去控制台看過了 都顯示此裝置操作正常

請幫幫我~:(

P.S 筆電為ASUS K73BY
