刀疤鴨重返基隆港　準備下水測試

【陳偉周／基隆報導】黃色小鴨去年31日在準備跨年之際，突然因壓力爆開，經過2天緊急的修補，破裂處終於縫補起來，小鴨右臉也多出一處刀疤，有網友稱小鴨更「Man」了，預計今天上午9時許讓「刀疤鴨」重新游回海洋廣場前方水域。

主辦單位基隆市議長黃景泰表示，自爆在小鴨右臉頰造成近8公尺的裂痕，主辦單位將小鴨縫補完成後，還花了近10小時刷洗小鴨身上的污漬，由於小鴨是因為內外溫差太大而自爆，因此特別在小鴨頭部和屁股加裝排風機，加上原本的鼓風機，讓小鴨體內有循環的效果，不用再擔心溫差問題。
