台電預估今年再虧損　經濟部保證不漲價

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院經濟委員會今討論能源問題，台聯立委許忠信質詢問，電價至今已兩度調漲，是否還會有第三次漲價？台電總經理朱文成答詢表示，經過第二階段電價調漲後的獲利狀況，虧損減少，也約有一個月近30億元的盈餘，因此目前努力改善營運狀況，希望不須再漲電價。經濟部次長杜紫軍也強調，目前沒有任何漲價規劃。

民進黨立委黃偉哲則檢討台電經營成效，強調若台電活化蚊子館，將可減緩電價壓力。朱文成卻解釋，台電積極創造營收，活化土地是策略之一，已活化礁溪三塊閒置地，一年入帳15億元。只是，台電虧損主因是燃料成本過高，去年度虧損近180億元；而今年，預估燃料成本還有成長空間，因此預計將虧損200百億元。此話一出，黃偉哲大罵「敗家」，要求台電若無法減少虧損，就不應領取年終獎金。
