梅鐸21世紀福斯 賣星空傳媒47%股權

媒體大亨梅鐸的21世紀福斯公司2日表示，將賣掉星空傳媒（StarChina TV）的47%股權。星空傳媒旗下有星空衛視普通話頻道、星空國際頻道、channel [v]音樂頻道等三個24小時全天候播出的電視頻道，以及星空華語電影片庫。

福斯21世紀與大陸控股公司「華人文化產業投資基金」（CMC）2010年成立合資企業星空傳媒，現在CMC將把福斯的47%持股買下。
