初考報名數銳減　考選部：因投資報酬率低

【王家俊／台北報導】明年初登場的103年公務人員初等考試，10月底網路報名截止，考選部統計，報名人數約4萬4千人，相較102年銳減3成4、驟降約2萬2千多人，近三年均呈下滑趨勢，平均年減少幅度約5%。考選部說，初考歷年錄取率約1.13%，在所有公務人員考試中，錄取率最低。

考選部分析，民間工作機會回溫，初考月薪約2萬9千餘元，投資報酬率較低，且公務員各項福利縮減，公職之光環衰退，讓民眾缺乏報考誘因。不過，有官員私下表示，錄取率太低才是考生棄考的主要原因。
