今天晚上我本來要去牽我那台停在汽車停車格的紅牌

結果當我到停車格的時候，發現我的紅牌被移到停車格的角落

一台灰色fit汽車直接停在我停的停車格裡，報警後，警察依據車牌號碼查出車子所有人，是外縣市的，並且連絡不上

車上也沒有留下任何的連絡方式，警察說了他也沒什麼辦法，因為汽車車身沒有超出停車格的一半，交通隊也不能拖

我現在快氣死了，目前我車還在那角落，都沒有動，請問一下像我這種情況，對這些不要臉的車主，有什麼好辦法嗎？
