隆大轉上市　北台灣推案主攻桃園

【劉曉霞／台北報導】高雄建商隆大營建(5519)今天申請轉上市，隆大董事長陳武聰說，已順利走出高雄以外推案，目前北台灣仍先以桃園推案為主，新北和台北地價太貴先暫緩。

隆大在桃園八德推出「竹風鳳凰」，鎖定首購族，每坪開價21萬元，已賣出7成，並在青埔推出「竹風航空城」，銷售80多戶，已售出3成多。

陳武聰說，先前在新竹、台南購地，也規劃在明年推出，台南案正在申請執照，新竹案則在收購道路用地。隆大目前土地庫存分佈桃園、台南、高雄，桃園高鐵區有近1萬坪，台南1000餘坪，高雄橋頭3000餘坪、小港1000多坪，合計達1.5萬坪土地。
