移居新北市　過半集中外圍重劃區

【張菱育／台北報導】據新北市戶政資訊顯示，從2008年金融海嘯爆發以來，林口、淡水、三峽、新莊區新增人口超過8萬人，新北市新增人口約12.7萬人，也就是將近6成增加的人口集中在這些區域，外圍區雖然要多花通勤時間，但也提供平價的物件，讓在北市工作的通勤族可以買房。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，市中心房價高，而新推案朝向M型化發展，台北市3房的新大樓，不僅預算高，市場上此類產品的選擇性也較少，不過可能開車30~40分鐘的時間，到新北市重劃區內，如林口、三峽區就可以買到新3房加車位產品，且隨不斷的人口移入與雙北市房價持續走揚，林口、淡水、三峽、新莊區房價也明顯出現漲幅。
