【郭寶懃／台北報導】台北市地政局今公布8月台北市住宅價格指數，全市住宅價格指數較7月上漲2.26%，就4個分區來看，僅士林內湖大同分區下滑0.20%，其餘大安信義中正次分區、中山松山南港次分區，與萬華文山北投次分區皆微幅上漲。

台北市地政局指出，這次8月台北市住宅價格呈現上漲，主要是高單價與小面積住宅比率較7月增加所致。
