內政部認定婚姻有效 跨性別伴侶接吻慶祝

內政部跨部會議7日下午下午召開「研商性別與結婚登記問題」專案會議，經3.5小時的討論，從寬認定吳依婷、吳芷儀兩人跨性別婚姻有效。內政部與法務部都認為，只要結婚時，為一男一女，就合於民法的規定，至於結婚後再變性，則是人民的基本權利而非義務。

針對這樣的結果，當事人吳依婷、吳芷儀均表示，內政部與法務部的決定，算「稍稍進步一些」，兩人並在眾人祝福下，以接吻慶祝。
