餐廳名稱：SOBA House。神明丁 消費時間：2013年/12月 地址：日本 鎌倉市雪の下1-5-33 電話：0467-25-0739 營業時間：11：00～18：00 每人平均價位：800~1300 円 可否刷卡：不可 有無包廂：有 推薦菜色：蕎麥麵 無官網 無音樂網誌 http://eejun.pixnet.net/blog/post/106220465 本想試試這裡的名產吻仔魚丼，相中的餐廳居然說天氣因素無法出海捕魚，暫停供應。 於是...轉向鎌倉當地的旬時料理。 SOBA House。神明丁 店門口，From 食べロク。 雖然店內有點陰暗，客人卻很多，從家庭到情侶皆有。 桌椅乾淨整潔，入座後店員馬上親切地上茶水。 菜單。 多以蕎麥麵為主，還有不少丼飯。 當然是點推薦的鎌倉おぱんざい膳，店員會特別提醒，包含多種醃製類小菜。 來囉!! 不愧是主打蕎麥麵的店家，麵體有嚼勁沒有粉味，搭配清爽不鹹膩的醬汁。 醃製小菜，白蘿蔔酸中帶甜，白菜則普通。 白飯雖伴有醬汁，但還是不及蕎麥麵美味。 讓我印象深刻的還有煮物--香菇、蓮藕以及肉丸， 味道接近照燒醬汁煮物，卻沒掩蓋食材本身。 意外撿到好吃的家庭料理。 來鎌倉如果不幸沒吃到吻仔魚丼 しらす丼，家庭料理也是不錯的選擇。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.65.138.221 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1407295990.A.144.html
