周姓男子毆打女嬰傷重致死判刑

周姓男子2012年6月被控在同居人1歲女兒喝奶後，毆打女嬰的頭部後枕部致瘀傷，造成昏迷，無呼吸心跳。周趕緊做人工呼吸，卻未甦醒，經送醫急救不治，台南高分院今依家暴殺人，判處周有期徒刑14 年半。

判決書指出，周姓男子在此之前，多次毆打女嬰的手腳，還曾以衣架毆打女嬰，再以腳從地上將陳女的身體鏟起，造成女嬰落地受傷昏迷，幸同居女友對女嬰做人工呼吸才醒過來。一審判處周11年。
