明誠路美術東四路嚴重車禍事故 -- 貨車衝撞已致側翻覆

那條明誠四路 很寬.經過的車輛速度都不低..
而wish我認為沒看到的原因....
就是 太陽 那個時候 從那邊照過來 就算轉過去看 也來不及了....
因為 貨車為了拼一時之快衝了紅燈...

我也因為在那邊 因為陽光關係 差一點 就衝了過去...
