套利賣壓續湧 中信金破半年線

中信金控自宣布購併台灣人壽後，股價下跌近5%，中信金總經理吳一揆表示，主要來自於套利賣壓，中信金股價今天最低打至18.9元，跌破半年線19.15元。

中信金法說會揭露，為符合放款覆蓋率1%的規定，第4季將增提準備新台幣50億元，若以第3季獲利49.7億元為基準估算，第4季恐面臨獲利保衛戰。

中信金以每股台壽換發1.44股中信金的比例購併台壽，引發外資套利賣壓，外資11月1日大賣中信金3.95萬張，買進台壽近1.25萬張。

吳一揆指出，對長期投資人而言，「買台壽、賣中信金」維持一定的持股比率，操作策略可以預期。
