標題[問題] 車停在死巷被撞算是對方的責任嗎?

今天有事從新竹到台北去出差 而把車停在台北客戶的店門口 而客戶的店是在死巷裡的最後一間店 結果我開的車子被隔壁的人倒車時撞到導致鈑金凹陷 當下有報警也去警察作筆錄 由於我開的是公司車，而且車子是靜止的 想問一下我這樣算是要付部分責任嗎? 還是保險公司會要求對方全賠? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.201.198.37
