尤其是在目前投資人對於市場信心不足同時，包括先進光及玉晶光的賣盤傾洩而出，盤中造成兩檔個股的股價跌停破底。

大立光執行長林恩平日前在法人說明會指出，像歐美國家的企業都對於智慧財產權的保護議題列為第一要務，目前由大立光提出的防止侵害大立光智慧財產權訴訟在於自我的保護。

大立光2013年1-3季的EPS為46.26元，法人預估其全年EPS將達到68元，但在市場觀望氣氛濃厚之下，今天股價也呈現遊走於平盤之下，最低為下跌17元到980元，成交量不到400張。
