林佳龍：國軍105年要裁軍至17.5萬人

民進黨立委林佳龍今天在立法院外交及國防委員會質詢表示，日前國防部曾向媒體透露，國軍的人員維持費到了民國105年將增加到1634億元，這個數字與他先前向國防部索取的資料幾乎不謀而合。

林佳龍說，根據國防部提供至辦公室的資料，若以17.5萬人作為兵力結構調整目標，到了105年，國軍的全志願役部隊將需要1620億元的人事支出。因此，比對這兩個數字，幾乎就可以斷定雖然國防部至今不願公開說明，但裁軍目標就是要裁到17.5萬人。

國防部長嚴明答詢時則表示，國防部都是根據現員人數來提出人員維持需求，至於105年的數字是如何估計出來，是因屆時的現員人數將與委員所提數字「差不多」。
