小弟於前不久至台南AMAT面試 面試的職位為設備客服工程師 而所負責的客戶為台積電 以下有幾個問題面試時沒問到 想請曾在AMAT工作過的前輩來解答 十分感謝~ 1.有關工時 主管提到星期一到五都要加班，最晚在24點前結束 而並未告知平均的加班時數，請問實際狀況為何? 另外還提到星期六百分之百加班，若是，也是一整天嗎? 2.有關休假 假設加班需要這麼頻繁 國定假日有放嗎? 特休是依勞基法嗎(例如滿一年特休七天)? 婚假有幾天? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.25.199
