經驗最重要　春天航空招聘「大嬸空姐」

【綜合報導】中國許多航空公司招聘空姐，就像選美比賽一樣，偏好年輕貌美的女生，不過春天航空最新的招聘，反而訴求已婚有孩子的女性最佳。
 
他們調查旅客選擇空姐的傾向，結果顯示72%的人偏好有經驗的空姐，顯示旅客比較在乎能力，好不好看倒是其次，春天航空打出招聘「大嬸空姐」，年齡從25到45歲均可，先前他們的最高年齡限制在35歲以下。
 
春天航空表示年輕人有熱忱，但老一點的有經驗，中青代結合將能提供最好的服務，而且也能讓年過40的女性也能一圓空姐夢。
