偷走錢卻留下手提袋　提把DNA揪笨賊

新北市曾姓男子因吸毒欠債，去年5月持鉗子剪斷鐵窗欄杆，潛入簡姓男子開設的水族寵物店，偷走櫃台抽屜內現金5,500元，原以為萬無一失，不料忘了帶走放在鐵窗邊的手提袋，被警方採集到提把上的DNA，經比對與曾男身分相符，台北地院今依加重竊盜罪判他8個月徒刑。
 
判決指出，曾男因買毒品欠下債務，去年5月13日凌晨，手持鉗子到簡男的水族寵物店後方防火巷中，以鉗子剪斷窗戶上的防盜欄杆，潛入店內竊走櫃台抽屜內現金5,500元，臨走時竟然忘了把放在鐵窗邊的手提袋帶走，簡男發現後報警，警方將提袋提上採集到的DNA送驗，比對後確認是曾男所為。
 
曾男到案後坦承犯行並向簡男道歉，法官審酌他有竊盜、毒品等前科，犯後坦承不諱並向簡男道歉，因此依加重竊盜罪判刑8月。全案仍可上訴。（張欽、實習記者陳顥文／台北報導）
