其實很簡單做一些強化彈跳的訓練就可以了~~
彈跳力重點在大腿肌肉 和腹肌~~
樓主每天做仰臥起坐這個需要堅持做的時候不一定要做特別多重點是堅持和輪數是這樣的比如你的極限是100個~~那麼你每天都做120個不如每天分3次每次80個~樓主明白了吧~~每天做3~4輪每輪做到你極限個數的80%左右就可以了~~
腿部肌肉樓主可以嘗試蛙跳~圍著球場做~~~每天堅持
然後再就是以後打球注意先熱身再開始這樣方便讓你保持最佳狀態~~

總體不難 重在堅持哦
