原文恕刪 如果你提到的 6 是奇美實業 7 是大東樹脂這2間比較的話,建議你去奇美實,原因如下 1.薪資 : 奇美實碩士年薪至少 90 萬以上 , 大東碩士年薪不超過 70 萬!! 2.休假 : 奇美實是國內最早實施週休二日的好公司, 大東是雙週 84 小時,表示你大約會 有 10 天禮拜六要上班 or 不上班被扣薪!! 3.調薪 : 奇美實每年都會調薪,雖然調薪幅度都是固定的, 但是大東 10 年只調過 4 次 所以 3 年後奇美實年薪破百, 大東還是在 70 萬打轉, 兩者差距會越來越擴大! 建議: 想留在台中可以考慮達興材料,去年達興材料的碩士年薪領 90~100 萬的一堆,碩士 平均 7~8 點下班比一些電子廠輕鬆許多 c/p 高, 但是以你的中央學歷要進去有點拼 當然只要你過的了董事長那關面試就沒問題了.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.240.71.203 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1405344288.A.9F5.html
