（中央社莫斯科12日綜合外電報導）俄羅斯外交部今天表示，美國最新一輪制裁是美方又一項「敵意措施」，將迅速以報復性措施因應。

根據路透社，外交部在網路聲明中說：「我們的報復措施當然不會讓你們久等。」

「我們認為，華府採取新反俄制裁行動是又一次敵意措施，符合美國政府採取的對抗路線。」

俄國也將挪用國家財富基金（National WealthFund）或退休金，援助受到西方制裁影響的企業。

俄國經濟部長伍留卡耶夫（Alexei Ulyukayev）今天說，俄國將就西方制裁向世界貿易組織（WTO）申訴。

俄羅斯新聞社（RIA）引述，伍留卡耶夫在布魯塞爾表示：「最新一輪制裁提供我們向WTO申訴的理由，我們也將申訴。」

俄國總統蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）今天稍早表示，西方針對俄國祭出新一輪制裁「有點奇怪」，因為他明明支持在烏克蘭東部的和平措施，現在他考慮採取新報復行動。（譯者：中央社樂羽嘉）1030913
