菜鳥老闆跨出去！　別悶著頭做

當老闆不簡單，要帶領公司從中獲利，更是一條痛苦的漫漫長路，社群媒體「Audience Bloom」的CEO-Jayson DeMers認為，創業不要悶著頭做，應建立個人品牌，他並提出4大建議，供菜鳥老闆參考。

1. 招攬比你更聰明的人：有這種人當員工，恭喜你太幸運了，給他們充分的自由發揮創意，能為公司帶來意想不到的效果。

2. 建立個人品牌：很多人創業初期專注在經營企業品牌，卻忘了經營自己的品牌更是重要，從中建立別人對你的信任感。

3. 工作是生活的一部份，熱愛它：既然如此，你要了解人生苦短，因此別浪費時間抱怨工作。

4. 時間就是金錢：客戶、金錢、好點子，這些資源只會愈來愈多，但時間，卻一去不復返，因此必須善用時間下決定，達到最佳效率。（馬婉珍／綜合外電報導）
