海巡署爆內鬥　疑偷裝GPS阻升遷

海巡署內派系傾軋，為升遷而暗鬥不斷，甚至傳出在同僚的車偷裝GPS，製造抓姦疑雲以阻升遷。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，海巡署政風室4個多月前接獲匿名檢舉，指某官員有婚外情，偷情對象是剛往生的友人之妻，當時這名官員有望升遷到署本部擔任科長。人評會展開升遷作業檢討，開會當天，政風室卻接獲匿名電子郵件，標示該官員私人座車的行駛路線，附上汽車進入台北市文山區一家摩鐵的照片，該官員「中箭落馬」，與新職擦肩而過。友人分析，爆料者早已鎖定該官員「長期蒐證」，很可能偷裝GPS。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
