收購毒梟千萬豪宅 拆毀重蓋

邁阿密連鎖餐館Chick Kitchen老闆柏都爾，已用將近1000萬元購買哥倫比亞大毒梟艾斯科巴在邁阿密的濱海豪宅，打算拆毀重蓋。

柏都爾花了965萬元，買下這戶位於富豪聚集的邁阿密灘豪宅，打算把有7000平方呎空間的房子全部拆掉，改建自己的夢幻屋。

房地產商說，這處產業位於邁阿密灘最昂貴的濱海地段，可飽覽邁阿密市區景觀。

這戶宅第原屬勢力強大的哥倫比亞美德因販毒集團首腦艾斯科巴，1980年代被美國當局沒收，空置了至少五年。他在美國的其他產業也被沒收。

艾斯科巴手段極為殘暴，滿手血腥，聚斂了億萬資產，也成為通緝要犯，1993年12月在哥倫比亞與警察槍戰喪生。
