事情是這樣的！前幾日去看一台車 車商出價55萬
我訂金先拿10萬塊給車商 之後 貸款45萬
可是回到家之後我發現合約書上寫車價 10萬塊 給付訂金 55萬

請問這份合約是否有效 

因為小弟怕說合約不符合常理 怕無效 也怕被騙

請求各位大大回答
